Thank you Hotel Impera for a wonderful vacation! The most important plus of this hotel, or rather its distinctive qualities is unparalleled cleanliness in the rooms. For a comfortable stay this is one of the most important factors, which is so often missed by many. The rooms in the hotel are spotlessly clean, the linen is snow-white, as are the towels. The bathroom is clean and well ventilated. The hotel will supply you with everything you need: shampoo, shower gel, hair conditioner, ear buds, cotton disks, shower cap and so on. Thank you for this approach to the customer, it's really high level! I would like to pay great attention to the way the hotel communicates with guests. From the first meeting it is clear how important it is for the staff to build the right communication with guests, the staff is always polite, will never leave you in the problem. I recommend this hotel. Many more words of gratitude I would like to say, I hope to be able to thank you personally soon, during the next trip to Istanbul!

This boutique hotel has a prime location, offering easy access to the city's iconic landmarks and attractions. We enjoyed a leisurely stroll down Istiklal Avenue, just a minute away, passing through the Flower Passage on our way to Galata Tower. Exploring the Karakoy region, we were treated to stunning views of both the modern and old towns. The building itself is steeped in history, and I loved how they seamlessly combined rich heritage with contemporary design. For breakfast, we were served a traditional Turkish spread called 'serpme kahvalti' with plenty of delicious options. The rooms were spotless, the bed incredibly comfortable, but what truly stood out was the staff. They made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived, treating us like family. Despite our short stay, they went above and beyond to immerse us in Turkish local life. A big thank you to the staff for making our trip so enjoyable and memorable!"

A beautiful small hotel with great personal. The hotel is very central, the rooms are clean and stylish. I want to thank the team of the hotel who made my short stay so pleasant! Firstly, I could checkin earlier than usual, it is not always possible, so I really appreciated that! Secondly, I wrongly booked breakfast (I did not expect that I would have to leave next day to the airport at 5 am), so asked if I could change my booking. A very friendly host offered me to have the breakfast on the day I arrived. What a nice solution! Thirdly, a very nice lady in the morning helped me so much to call a taxi and to find the driver who came not to the pick up point and texted me in Turkish. These are small things were heartwarming and made my day in Istanbul incredible!

I had an amazing one night stay at this wonderful hotel. Hotel is historical with unique design. There are a lot of beautiful details all around the property. I can not say enough about the staff! I was welcomed with MK and Furkan. They are such a professional people. They gave me a quick information about the neighborhood. Location is amazing very centrally located with tons of bars, restaurants, shops and the famous Istiklal Street. There is a beautiful winery! I had a chance to sit and order pizza and cheese plate. Amazing service and taste! I would highly recommend everyone to dine at least once at this beautiful cozy winery attached to the hotel reception.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel in Asmalımescit. The location is perfect—just a 1-minute walk from Istiklal Street and the metro. The staff was incredibly kind, helpful, and always smiling, making me feel truly welcome. The room was clean, well-maintained, and very comfortable. What I loved the most was the perfect blend of historical charm and modern design. It was a unique experience to stay in such a beautifully preserved yet contemporary space. Despite being in the heart of the city, the atmosphere was peaceful and relaxing. I would definitely stay here again!
